Jen’s Bolognese

Ingredients

  • 1/2 an onion, diced
  • 1/2 pound beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can petite diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

Saute onion, beef and garlic until beef is cooked. Add tomatoes, red wine, marinara sauce and herbs. Serve with pasta.
