Green Beans with Walnuts


* 2 teaspoons butter
* 1 1/4 pound green beans
* 2 tablespoons walnuts, crushed
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg


Place beans in a large saucepan of boiling water for five minutes. Drain.

Heat butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add walnuts and saute for 1 minute. Add beans, salt and nutmeg. Cook for 1 minute.
