* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 2 tomatoes, diced
* 1/4 cup fresh basil, diced
* salt and pepper to taste
* french bread, sliced and toasted


Heat olive oil in a medium saute pan over medium high heat. Saute tomatoes and basil for 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Serve over toasted bread.
