Broiled Stuffed Plum Tomatoes

Ingredients

* 9 plum tomatoes
* breadcrumbs
* 9 teaspoons mozarella, shredded

Directions

Preheat broiler.

Cut tomatoes in half lengthwise and deseed. Place tomatoes on a 9X9 baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle tomates with 1/2 teaspoon breadcrumbs each and top with 1 teaspoon cheese each. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes until cheese bubbles.
