Baked Dijon Chicken

* 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
* 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
* 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts


Preheat oven to 375°.

Mix mustard, oil, garlic powder and italian seasoning in a large bowl. Add chicken, coating both sides. Bake chicken in a casserole dish, covered, for 20 minutes.
